I had never used this establishment before, but I needed a very large and heavy item shipped. As soon as I walked in the door, Dave was ready to go. He was meticulous with taking the measurements so that he was certain he would be able to package my item securely. Once he gave me the price of shipping my item, I was shocked. It was an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I told him I had expected it to be $50 more. I have every confidence that Dave will make sure my item gets to its destination safely. This may have been my first time here, but it won’t be my last. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Stopped in for shipping some items and was impressed and will visit again. It was a little bit expensive. A box and some bubble wrap was $15 not including any shipping fees. Nice to have a local place though!

I live an hour away and needed to ship a package with a DHL label, and this was the closest drop off place where an actual human answered the phone. Mark who answered said he just happened to have a guy in my area doing some deliveries that morning and offered to have his guy come by my house and pick up my package for a small fee. How convenient! It saved me 2 hours of driving! I really appreciated the friendly, helpful customer service. I would definitely call them again if I need to do something with DHL.
