I am so thankful I found Overland for boarding my pup. From the very first interaction with the staff I was met with kindness, patience, and humans you can feel truly love dogs and their jobs. I recently had a traumatic experience at a previous boarding facility and was extremely anxious about trying another one. Mel answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother by asking so many questions. They sent a report card after her evaluation day and I knew I hit the jackpot finding Overland. Brynlee spent the past weekend there, and they were so kind to send me updates throughout her stay to make me feel at ease. Every person I’ve encountered has exceeded expectations - and their process of checking in my reactive dog/keeping her safe has eased so much anxiety. We have been bringing our 3 dogs to Overland for several years now, both for veterinary care and boarding/daycare. We have had great experiences all around. On the medical side, the Docs & Staff are all great - helpful and knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about the well-being of our pets. They listen to you, listen to your animals & provide the info you need to make good decisions. On the boarding side, they have been incredibly accommodating with my reactive dogs. They are able to be there safely and I know they receive good care because they like going.Across the board, I think the pricing is very reasonable & I feel it’s great value. Communication is easy (text or call) & they are very responsive. I love that they are not a chain & woman/Doctor-owned. I moved from the area to the suburbs. I still choose to drive 30-45 minutes because of the above & the cars relationships that have been built. Would HIGHLY recommend any service at Overland.ServicesDog ear cleaning, Dog board

I know often people say pets are their children but I can say they are the only children I have ever or will ever have. When they do not feel well it is so hard to watch! I could not be more grateful to the staff and doctors at Overland for the caring way they helped my babies. My oldest boy is 16 so everyone I am sure understands that drop in your stomach every time they are not well at that age. Thank you all for being there for my boy making him feel better and understanding this Mamma’s worry!!
