My son has recently gotten into mountain biking, and started researching component upgrades for his bike for Christmas. Faced with the option of ordering parts I wasn't sure how to install from stores far away, I called Outback. They helped us validate the choices for new parts, ordered them, and installed them. Communication via text was super easy and smooth, and I feel much more confident about the choices we made and the quality of the install vs going it alone. I went back this week needing a helmet - they had it in stock at their warehouse and had it brought to the store on the same day for me to pick up. If you have bicycles and are trying to maintain them or need a new one, this place is such a great local resource. They are super friendly to deal with in person for mountain biking newbies like myself. Everything I do bicycle-related going forward will run through this special shop!

My friend and I had a great experience renting here! We rented two bikes to go around the beltline. We called the morning of for same-day availability, and received clear and friendly instructions. When we got to the location, they made sure the bikes fit and added bike locks and phone holders. The bike seat was extremely comfortable without feeling bulky. Very reasonable price at $30 + tax for 4 hours.

Was in the area for work, and knew I'd have about 10 hours to burn in Atlanta (without a car) before my evening flight home. Had the wild idea to rent a bike here and ride out to Stone Mountain, and I'm so glad I did! The folks at Outback Bikes were super friendly and helpful. They had several categories of rental bikes to choose from online, from road to mountain to ebike, and several different choices of bike in each category. I rented an XL/60cm Marin Nicasio, which was exactly the sort of bike I needed for the ride I had in mind. Booked online 2 days beforehand and the bike was ready to go when I arrived. The bike was in great shape, rode/shifted well, and included a quality bike lock and frame bag. If you're a cyclist looking to rent an *actual bike* to go exploring (not some "one size fits most" fleet bike BS), this is the place you're looking for. Really, really nice bike shop too, with tons of different bikes and parts in stock and a very competent-looking service department. I
