Rachel was absolutely fantastic putting up with 2 goofy older folks picking out glasses when we were in a hurry for a car appointment. I appreciated that she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I also had an excellent experience with opticians Jamie and Rachel. Jamie didn’t try to upsell me on frames or lenses and walked me through what my insurance would and would not cover. She also let me know I could keep my current frames and simply replace the lenses—an option I didn’t realize was available, and one that saved me money while letting me keep frames I love. Rachel was equally helpful, explaining the differences between frame companies and making sure my new lenses were working properly when I picked up my glasses. The Doc is so personable and really cares! The building is gorgeous btw. The service and care you get when you walk through the door is hands down the best in the city!
