I was a patient of Dr. Ray for two or three years but was switched to Dr. McNulty after I had cataract surgery. I am very happy with the professionalism and expertise of both doctors. Too often, front desk people in doctor's offices can be a little snippy, but Brian is the opposite of that - very friendly and accommodating. I struggled with getting a correct diagnosis for almost 5 years. I went to 3 different eye specialist with no solution. One doctor told me my eyes look dry and to "just use eyedrops." Love the staff at Louisville Eye Center. Brian managed to fit me in on the schedule to see Dr. McNulty as Dr. Ray wasn't in the office. Dr. McNulty was very pleasant and examined my eye to determine the proper treatment. He took the time to draw and explain the workings of tear ducts and oil glands. In addition, Dr. McNulty typed up and printed an explanation of the issue with detailed instructions on how to treat it for me. I’m so grateful I found Louisville Eye Center. I struggled with blurry vision in my right eye for two years and went through 3 different eye doctors who convinced me I had the correct contact prescription but it was just old age or dry eye. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Wait times are minimal, if any. Dr. Ray is wonderful. If you buy your glasses/contacts there and don't have vision insurance, they give you a discount.
