I have been bringing my 2 girls to One Pampered Pup Grooming since they opened and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming - you can tell they truly care about the animals. It a family-owned business, and that personal touch really shows and was most important to me because previously I had a groomer come to my home and I wanted that same personal care and minimum amount of time that my pups are waiting to be groomed. My dogs are always groomed quickly and professionally, and they come home looking (and smelling) great every time! Prices are very reasonable for the quality of care and attention they provide. I have an older 14 yo Yorkie who has hip issues and they accomodate her with no problem. We absolutely LOVE One Pampered Pup. The care and attention they put into their work is incredible, and the customer service is top notch. We've been going to OPP for almost 5 years, and we always have the best experience! Mia adores Justin and lights up when she sees him. It was our first time taking our little girl to get groomed since adopting her, and we could not have picked a better place! One Pampered Pup is absolutely amazing. I was worried how my dog would do/what services she should have done as I’ve never owned an Aussie mix before, and Justin and Kim provided a brief consult that answered all my questions and reassured me she was in good hands. I didn’t even do research on other grooming businesses in the area before our consult as I just had a good feeling about this location, and I was right! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them (no hesitations) and when my husband picked her back up, she was so excited and happy, and looked beautiful!
