Construction Crew, supervised onsite by "Karl", followed immediately, the Ohana Restoration Crew and completed all the necessary repairs and new Cabinet Installations with professionalism, quality replacement materials and just a caring attitude about their work. This company is everything you should expect from a contractor. Period. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a very friendly, professional, and punctual outfit. The project lead was always available to answer questions and ensure we were taken care of. The day of our re-roof the sheer size and effeciency of their crew and operation was extremely impressive. Even though it was just a home re-roof, it was not a small gig. They had all the big machinery, cranes, and crew needed to complete the job in one day. And their quality of work was simply outstanding. I strongly recommend these guys for whatever your construction project is. In fact, don't bother going elsewhere. Their pricing was very competitive and the job was done perfectly as ordered.

Ohana’s crew was always prompt and professional in the way they conducted themselves. They were efficient and kept the quality of the installation. Small items like finding some of the old fasteners in my yard and cleaning the fine debris out of my existing gutter was pointed out and they followed up promptly. With a number of large downpours that followed, not a leak or a seepage occurred. I would use them again if I have another opportunity.

In 2017, I had my whole house reroofed by Ohana Construction. They were fast, efficient and took great care in cleaning up after they had completed the job. The materials they used were of the highest quality. Now in 2023 with all the high winds and rain we’ve been experiencing here in Hawaii, my roof from Ohana looks as good as the day it was installed. I used to worry a lot about leaks from my roof but no longer do because of the work done by Ohana. Because of the quality of their workmanship and roofing materials used to reroof my house, I am not concerned about my roof leaking again which gives me a real peace of mind. I receive nothing in the way of compensation of any kind for writing this recommendation. My views are entirely my own.

The roof was done in one day and the painting took less than a week. Both were done really well and I couldn't be happier. It has been 3yrs since the completion of our roofing work with Ohana Construction. We had extensive damage to our roof due to storm related incidents. From the initial start of inspection, recommendations & completion of job John, Kathleen & their crew were always professional, considerate & very helpful. Working with them & the insurance company was stress free. We’ve already expirienced several windstorms & heavy rainstorms with the new roofing & it has not given us any problems. Working with Ohana Construction was one of the best experiences I had. My roof was in dire need of repair after several 2017/2018 storms. All I had to do was provide my insurance information and Ohana Construction representative did the rest. Within 3 weeks, I not only received a check from the insurance company but had a new roof. There’s a 7 year workmanship plus a 30 year warrantee for the roof system from the manufacturer. The hardest decision I had to make was choosing the color of my new roof.

Hands down a great company to work with on having repairs done. I contacted Ohana Construction because our roof was falling apart and leaking after 20 plus years of not being worked on or touched. They responded very fast to my call and was very helpful on having someone come out and do inspections. Then the turn around time for them to send out a quote was amazing. Once we got the loan to redo our whole roof. The project was set in motion. They came at the time they said at 8am and when I got home from work they finished the whole project. In one day. Over an eight-day period the 4-man painting team transformed our house from one with a dull and worn-out appearance to a home with a bright and lively look using a selection of vibrant colors from Sherwin William’s. They pressure washed the walls; repaired damaged surfaces; removed loose paint; calked the trim; primed stains; protected windows, doors, lights, and cameras; painted the exterior walls, posts, beams, fascia, decks, railings, trim, doors, etc. End State - The exterior of the house looks better now than when we first moved in 19 years ago :-) Recommendation - Go with Ohana Construction for your painting needs.
