Liv at the printing and photo department delivered exceptional service. I was new to Nordstroms new return method using FedEx. Liv went well above and beyond to explain the process and assisted to successfully complete the returns. Unlike her manager Jennifer who sent me to another Fedx hub 7 miles away and explained she would never shop at Nordstroms. Poor leadership.
