Everyone at Datamax is amazing. I am so thankful to them, for always being available to help our church with printer needs. Not only is this business efficient with getting the things done that matter the most but, they communicate on the highest level and I mean promptly calling or emailing you back, getting technicians to your business without delay and above all they stop by and give you a personable experience. I highly suggest calling them for all of your printer needs before you lose out with going with the other option. I am very pleased with Datamax and I can assure you that you will be too. Read more
We started the process of buying a nrew copier several months ago because as a church, we need several quotes for purchases. We also need to have all purchases approved by the congregation at a business meeting, which only happens every 3 months. Neither Janet McGeorge, our sales rep, nor Don Eversole, her supervisor, ever lost patience with us. They worked with us over price, quality and got us answers for every question and concern we had. The price and payment terms were the best options of the quotes we received. When they delivered our new copier, they assisted us with old software on our computer that was incompatible with newer equipment, but they were able to develop a good work around. Our previous copier lasted 13 years thanks to the maintenance personnel at Datamax, and we expect our new copier to perform as well. Thank you Datamax for your excellent service we have enjoyed for over 20 years and we appreciate having you as our partner in the future. Read more
