Occidental cleaners offers a friendly staff and great service. I've used them for both dry cleaning and minor clothing alterations, and have been exceedingly happy with the results every time. The only downside is the difficulty of finding parking in their tiny lot, but if you can deal with that, I highly recommend them.

I bring here all the delicate clothes I need washed m/dry cleaned and repaired. They take good care of all the items and never had an issue with any of the clothes I bring in. If a stain doesn’t leave, they will let you know by placing a little tag on the hanger that says that if they tried a harsher stain remover, the item would get ruined. It happened to me just once and it was a very stubborn black stain over a red fabric. They were able to make the black stain become very faded so that you don’t notice it as much and I’m glad they didn’t try something harsher that could have ruined further one of my favorite pants.

These people are life savers! I forgot to get my shirt cleaned for a wedding I was due to attend the next day, and they were able to get it done for me very very quickly. The lady on the phone and the gentleman in the store were both very kind and accommodating regarding the situation. Shirt came out great, too, especially considering the time constraints. I brought my once worn formal gown hear to be dry cleaned and it had some stains. (I’m a klutz). I was in sticker shock when it came to $45. But, I haven’t dry cleaned anything in years so I’m assuming that’s the price. Anyway, it’s worth it because all the stains are out and I’m going to a wedding on Saturday so all in all I’m pleased. Thank you Occidental Cleaners for doing a phenomenal job on my champagne satin formal gown!

I love these people. Always do a great job with my clothes and they even know my name when I walk in. Who does that anymore?? They are wonderful. Highly recommend using them for any of your dry cleaning needs. I've also hemmed a few of my pants there too. And the prices are very reasonable. Oh, and you can purchase a reusable garment bag so you don't kill the earth.

I have been going here for what seems like 7 or 8 years now. They always do top notch work. Everything I have ever brought here always comes back pristine. Suits, Jackets, Pants, Shoes, Hats, Backpacks, Fanny Packs, mending and hemming. They do it all. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The only thing I will say, sometimes the prices do feel very high, almost painfully high sometimes. Other than this they are amazing and it is definitely worth 5 stars every time.
