Planned a trip to NYC in July and couldn't be in the city without a photoshoot. Booked online in April and corresponded with Kassie leading up to the shoot. She was able to answer all of my questions. I had a particular look I was going for and wanted a specific shot and she was confident the photographer would be able to do so. I was even able to plan what time I wanted the shoot to start as I wanted some sun as well as dusk shots. Confirmation of shoot was done a week prior to my arrival as well as the day before with the name and number of my photographer. Day of shoot, Yana arrives early (yay! bonus and plus) and she is so pleasant. We had a good conversation about what I wanted and started on the rooftop of my hotel and hit some areas around the hotel as well. I still didn't have the feel that I wanted and said that I need some graffiti and Yana delivered. Who knew NY had everything I was looking for! So we ubered 20 min away to Grafitti Alley and...come on! It was everything I

NYC Photographers did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is very quick to respond and beyond helpful. They answered all of my questions, helped me decide where to shoot and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. My photographer, Yana, went above and beyond and I was so happy with my photos. The turnaround time was very quick as well. They definitely made my time in NYC memorable and I would highly recommend!!

There was such a welcoming, synergistic energy there, and I ended up getting even better photos than I expected!! The whole shoot felt more like a mutually inspired, co-creating process with the entire team. Very professional and talented photographer and makeup/hairstyle artist, and chatting with them felt like catching up with friends I hadn't seen in a long time. Before the shoot, all the email communications was prompt and professional too. Bonus point: Delicious coffee and snacks. The whole shoot felt more like a mutually inspired, co-creating process with the entire team. Very professional and talented photographer and makeup/hairstyle artist, and chatting with them felt like catching up with friends I hadn't seen in a long time. Before the shoot, all the email communications was prompt and professional too. Bonus point: Delicious coffee and snacks.
