Fantastic service! My computer’s fan was making a terrible screeching sound. I contacted NY Capital Technologies and they recommended I replace the fan. After ordering a new part, I was able to get the fan installed within three days- much faster than Geek Squad. The installation was quick, only an hour, and Andrew, the technician that installed the fan, also corrected a high risk issue with my battery (lithium ion batteries are no joke!). All in all, a great experience, will be using them in future!
