I have never in my life met such a blessed and amazing group of people, and that's no exaggeration! So far, I've met Elaina (spelling?), all of the sweet and professional ladies in the back, who are very friendly and informative, and Dr Trieu. Elaina remembered my son's name after only two visits, and had us checked in by the time we approached the counter. We were immediately called back within less than ten minutes and warmly greeted by all of the orthodontic staff. I was in my own zone for a moment as my son's work was underway, and snapped back into reality by seeing Dr Trieu smiling at me and waving. She introduced herself and shared some personal history with me that led her to the profession she chose. We shed some tears together and some smiles, and I knew that my son was in great hands. This is a wonderful clinic!!!! They have amazing staff and the most updated technology. I was so impressed with the beautiful clinic and everything about this clinic. I will be spreading the word to my friends and family. I am so happy I am using them. This is a wonderful addition to orthodontic care in Fort Smith and the surrounding areas. This place is amazing! The doctors and staff were very friendly. They ALL worked like a well oiled machine. They did a tremendous job with my son and his braces. They also recommended a palate expander and I said yes to that. So happy I did, because my son snored horribly and he now no longer snores. It was an 18 month time on the braces and worth every penny! I recommend giving them a try when it's comes to wanting a pretty smile!
