Our goal for our clients is to never need another diet plan again! Established in 2011. I started Nutrition Awareness on the side in 2011 while working full-time as a clinical dietitian at Florida Hospital Orlando. At the beginning of 2012, I relocated to Dallas and went full-time with Nutrition Awareness, seeing clients in my home office and working side jobs to pay the bills. With a few client successes, the word spread and I was able to quit the side jobs and focus solely on building my business. In March of 2015, I opened my office in Orlando where I help my clients maximize their lives with nutrition whether that means losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing energy or optimizing athletic performance.
