Northern Utility Services is an excellent company! They have been managing our water utility for years now - they are professional, accessible, and have EXCELLENT customer service! I called in recently, needing certified reports and documentation for our refi-in-progress (on a time crunch, of course!). I spoke to Stephen, who went ABOVE & BEYOND to get me everything we needed! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to multiple emails as I had to go back and forth with my loan officer. He had our issue taken care of in a very timely manner. I NEVER would’ve found that info on my own and would’ve been paying someone hundreds of dollars to come out and test the water if not for his help.
