By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with getting work done on my car. Scheduling was easy, I set my appointment for noon to 5 pm on a Saturday. Mario, the tech, texted me when he was on his way, he was on time, and he texted me when he arrived. He went over the work I had requested which was front pads and rotors replaced, and he checked the rest of my brakes with me right there, and showed me everything I needed done and why, which I already knew was going to be both back and front pads and rotors. When I mentioned not being able to afford to do both since its two weeks before Christmas, he didn’t get an attitude, he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me, he gave me an immediate estimate for both back and front, then suggestions on what I really needed to get done now to be safe, and what could actually wait, which I really appreciated. As I woman, I can’t tell you how many time auto repair shops have tried to upsell me or were so condescending, assuming I didn’t know

We had a 9 hour drive into Orlando for vacation and then we started hearing squealing and whining nose the day before it was time for us to leave back out for home. It was very easy to get the help I needed from them especially when using my own transportation to get around! Derwin from Nubrakes was awesome, kind, and very friendly with providing details of what was about to happen before he even touched my car. We made it back home safely after doing another 9 hour drive and its been 3 days and still my car sounds perfect after returning. Pricing was fair since they come to you in a short period of time when need especially for safe travels. I would definitely recommend Nubrakes and will use again if needed!

Coming from a woman who is not used to handling these kinds of things, I’d say this was a very easy convenient experience. Was able to schedule completely thru text. Very quick easy and efficient. They needed to reschedule due to weather but was able to have them come to my work the next day. Marvin was my mechanic and he was on time very pleasant and got the work done in no time. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely awesome service, I was able to schedule next day service for my brakes. Derwin arrived promptly within the time window given to me and assessed my car. I don’t know much about cars, and I’m definitely the kind of person that could be taken advantage of financially in this situation… I didn’t know which brakes needed to be serviced, and he could have said all of them plus rotors. I’m thankful that he was honest with me about what needed to be done and didn’t try to sell me on services I didn’t need! That is service you can trust. Where has this place been all my life? I’m really so impressed that they come right to my door and fix my car in the driveway. no more waiting hours at a dealership.So far I have had my brakes, my oil change, and battery replaced.
