Absolutely Exceptional Service and Arrangement! I live in Minnesota and wanted to send flowers to my sister in Phoenix and really wanted to support a local company. I’m so glad I chose Novapetal Florist. From start to finish, Anthony and his team provided the kind of exceptional customer service you only hope to experience. They were incredibly communicative every step of the way - letting me know when the arrangement was ready, when it was out for delivery, and once it had been delivered. They even sent photos to confirm that the flowers were fresh, beautiful, and delivered to the correct address (which gave me such peace of mind from so far away). The arrangement itself was stunning - even better than I imagined. My sister was absolutely thrilled!
