I'm always concerned when it comes to solicitors as I have been so overly charged in the past and also action taken without me being asked first... so a breath of fresh air when talking to Raj from Carltons who explained everything in terms that I understood. He assured me that before any action, they would always gey confirmation. Reception staff also very friendly. Highly recommended 👌🏼
