I flew in town to purchase a bike and needed to disassemble, pack and transport it back to Austin. I called 5 different bike shops in jersey city and surrounding area and Inspire was the only one that was responsive and attentive. They stayed open and received the bike and then sent me a picture with the finalized product packaged with measurements. Whenever I got there the next morning, they showed me all of their custom and one of a kind bikes. I was beyond impressed with their level of professionalism and knowledge on the industry. I have since made it back to Austin and had the bike assembled and ready to roll. When I get deeper into riding, I plan on purchasing a custom bike from them. This shop is awesome. Found them one day while riding to Lincoln Park. My chain popped off so I went there to have it fixed. It was done quick and the prices are nice. So I go back today to have my daughter’s bike tuned up but it was a loss. They called me to come in and I was totally thrown off when they told me the bike wasn’t fixable. Here’s the ball out of left field. Since they weren’t able to fix the bike they gave me a used bike the was in good condition for my daughter for free. Yes free. I wasn’t expecting that but I’m truly grateful for it. Give your business to this family please. They are great people. Thank fellas.
