I was having a challenge getting a VPN software to function on a refurbished laptop that I recently purchased and Netsurit was very helpful with looking into the issue for me and getting it resolved. Even though it took several service calls with remote access to have a lasting resolution that was able to be verified with my computer's security settings, I'm glad that it went well and I appreciated the IT representatives that facilitated the process for me.
