I had a very positive experience while getting my 2 shots of the Corona Virus vaccine. First, as I was greeted by the 2 gentlemen at the front door. The older one, went out of his way to show me where I could park.Second, the young woman at the front desk, was very professional. After I was taken to the back, I was impressed by the staff saying good morning as they went by where I was seated. That’s something you don’t usually experience when attending a large facility.I also took a senior citizen friend to get his vaccine. He too, was very pleased with the attention he received.

The staff is always very helpful, friendly and professional. My Dr is so calm & professional he ask as well as listens which I like , he doesn't try to rush me out. Every time I go there it's always clean. Oh I also like the fact that I'm not sitting there all day. Yep that's how I like it.

I went for my vaccine and the second jab. Felt safe and attended to from the minute I entered. Front desk staff were happy and smiling. Crowded but socially distanced. People were being seen rather quickly for a community health center. Filled out my paperwork and within minutes I was being seen. Very clean. Extremely professional while being kind and fun. Thank you very much for a visit made easy.

Today start out really bad but the nurse manager at 444 went above and beyond to make sure that I was seen. The staff was polite and Dr. Onejeme handled my procedure with the best wanted outcome and true professionalism. He was great! The MA Alica and Mrs Rush Nurse Manager was so kind.

My experience 2 months ago.when I visited this health care Center was great!I did not have an appointment, I walked in, cause i had an emergency;the receptionist was very helpful and very informative helped me with my need; and the doctor was very carring. Keep on doing the great job.

Play wit it if you want! This community health center makes every patient feel like family. This is my first pregnancy this center allowed me to worry less. All questions were answered and all services were timely for a center covering a large community. Key: they give free water at the front get one wait for your appointment charge your phone and relax. Dr Afeme O answered ALL my questions and took his him with me. The Nurse Manager is Top notched if you need any assistance and Mrs.Gina will help you sign in. They assist you with finding a Doula and with Wic. Clean facility also!

The center is very efficient. Wait time is negligible. They have automated your history is at their finger tips. The center is in network with UMDNJ and Rutgers medical if you need follow up services. Lab on premises for blood and urine asamples. You can update information prior to your visits through e link they email to you ahead. Very professional experience.

Spoke with Ms. Bianca who made an appointment for me and she has the MOST AMAZING personality! I am a medical assistant instructor and I go heavy on customer service and she is the epitome of a representative and how representation is emulated! Needless to say whenever I visited the William Street location the employees are absolutely great aside for the wait - nothing can be done about that unfortunately! Take a book, pack a snack and be prepared to wait!**I have referred two of my previous students and they have sent their resumes and I sure hope they get hired because NCHC definitely provides the experience required to excel as a medical assistant**

My primary physician who I have been with for years took a position at Newark Community Health. I decided to follow her here to this location as I trust and respect my physician and didn't want to find a new primary. They also accepted my insurance. I always have an appointment so I can't speak to a walk in experience. If you don't have an early appointment parking is difficult even though they do have a parking lot. When snow is on the ground parking is even worse. The staff I have interacted with are friendly and helpful. The check in process can be confusing as you sign in as soon as you enter and then are given a sticker to bring to another room to place on a board. I was only told what room to go to and it was for Dr appointments and the dental clinic, I accidentally put my sticker on the dental appointment board but caught that mistake and fixed it. I highly recommend making an appointment and make sure you bring your driver's license or other form of picture ID and Insurance car
