Edit: updating my review as we've seen improvements in our recent visit. In addition, someone from their office (Ms Diaz) reached out to us to apologize and discuss their commitment to improvement. Stellar customer management right there.Original : poor time management. Expect very long wait times. I believe the staff are great and I so far have had fair experiences with the doctors but setting an appointment here is of no value, you will wait for hours.

Today I came to NCHC as a new patient as our company changed insurance. I actually came in yesterday to a full office and the receptionist, Madeline, was extremely helpful, professional and helped me set up the appointment for today and recommended I come in 15 minutes before the actual appointment. Great suggestion. After filling out the paperwork , I was seen by a medical assistant (Chibuike) who was thorough, warm and friendly. The doctor came ( Dr. Malabre ) in and had a few questions, did a few checks, asked about overall health and asked what I wanted for the bloodwork. I was in and out within the hour and definitely will be making this establishment my healthcare home.
