Conveniently located 2.5 miles off I-87 (exit 26) and just 23 miles north of Lake George in the Adirondack mountains, hike an above ground 34 mile self-guided tour & explore the LARGEST cave entrance in the East, waterfalls, gorge, and optional descents into lighted caves and much more: guided adventure tours during July/August which includes a "cave float", gemstone mining, disc golf, climbing walls, dino digs, Adirondack memories museum, PBS Video presentations, fish feeding, picnic areas with grills, pavilions, playgrounds and a world class rock shop with eight diamond saws to open beautiful Mexican geodes. Also visit our Ice Cream Stand located at the corner of Stone Bridge Rd and Rt 9.
WINTER - explore the Stone Bridge and surrounding property on over 14 miles of Snowshoe Trails (from mid Dec - March, open Fri-Sun only). Established in 1954. Property was originally a land grant from service in the Revolutionary War. For many years it was a working logging operation with a sawmill.
In the 1940s it was converted over to a tourist attraction featuring exploration of caves, waterfalls and gorge. Every year new activities and attractions are added to this family run business (relatives of the initial family still run the attraction!)
