I got my nails done about 2-3 weeks ago by Ben and BEN is amazing! He did a fantastic job on my nails and I mean FANTASTIC! The nail shape was exactly how I like my nails to be shaped. I showed him a picture of the nail art/design that I wanted and my nails looked exactly like the picture that I showed him. I especially appreciate how he was careful with my natural nails. I get dip polish and my natural nails are long. The pedicure was also very good—massage was just the right pressure! I will be honest that I was a tad anxious about an unknown person doing my nails, but it all turned out very well. I will be requesting Ben, again! Read more

I believe her name was Kim, as that was the name on the UV light she used. Kim did a great job with the nails, I got the gel X for the first time and they turned out great. They didn’t have the exact shade deep red I wanted but they’re still really pretty. One thing I didn’t love is that she spent more time on her personal phone answering calls and watching videos than talking to me, I think we only had a couple sentences spoken to one another (outside of the shade color picking). It was super odd. I’m not sure how often they wash their brushes, but she used the fluffy rose brush to clean off the nail dust from the table, which was kind of unsanitary to me. I wear contacts and have really bad sensory issues as well and kept asking for her to go shorter on the nails and she would barely file them down for a second and ask if that was okay, until I mentioned just clipping them. I have had really great gel-x manicures from many of the technicians at Elite Nails Lounge over the last 6 months. Tiffany showed me cat eye at my first appointment and I’ve stuck with it ever since, I love the effect so much. Kim is very thorough with shaping and making sure the length of each nail is even, which I really appreciate. If you like a chatty appointment, Jennifer does great work and is fun to talk with as well.
