Update on my original review: After some delayed response from Woodhouse, I heard from Management and they graciously agreed to make our situation right. Not only did they refund the cost of the facial but also the cost of the other service! True example of good customer service! We have been here a couple of times before and have good experiences. It’s a beautiful setting. Last word on the subject: Ladies, if you are having a service from this spa or any spa and don’t feel like it’s going the way you would like, SPEAK UP! These services are too costly to walk away unhappy. Again, thank you Woodhouse Spa! Bought my daughter a massage and facial here. Paid an upcharge to have these services on a Saturday (total $305). The massage was fine, however the facial was unacceptable. The facialist had very bad breath which totally ruined the entire experience! Furthermore, she never told my daughter what she was doing and what products she was using (what a missed opportunity to sell produc

This was the best massage I’ve had so far! I truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were absolutely amazing, professional, welcoming, and attentive. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. My skin was incredibly soft and smooth after the service. I added the head massage, and my headache was completely gone. The entire experience left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly revived. I would absolutely recommend this service and will definitely be back Services Service not listed

I had a mixed experience at first. my initial visit wasn’t quite what I expected, though it wasn’t bad overall. But today completely changed my impression! I came back for another visit, and the massage I received was absolutely amazing. Amber was incredibly professional and thorough, she gave me a deep, skillful massage that helped me relax 100%. After that, I had a facial treatment, and the specialist was also very kind, gentle, and clearly experienced. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I decided to give this spa another chance. Highly recommend! 🌸

I had a mixed experience at first. my initial visit wasn’t quite what I expected, though it wasn’t bad overall. But today completely changed my impression! I came back for another visit, and the massage I received was absolutely amazing. Amber was incredibly professional and thorough, she gave me a deep, skillful massage that helped me relax 100%. After that, I had a facial treatment, and the specialist was also very kind, gentle, and clearly experienced. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I decided to give this spa another chance. Highly recommend! 🌸
