On the day of my daughter’s prom, with everything going on, I forgot to pick up the corsage and didn’t remember until about 15 mins past Scott’s closing time. They called around 5:20 (they closed at 5) asking me about the corsage. I had already considered it a loss but thankfully….even though they were closed, they had the compassion to “suggest” delivering it to me! In the middle of the prom send off…my baby got her corsage which was tremendously appreciated! Anna…if I didn’t tell you on the day of, hopefully you will see this review and know that we are thankful for your customer service from start to finish! Anna gave us suggestions on colors and what would look nice when we were making the order, although we were a bit indecisive. She promised to make it “nice”. Anna was pleasant the entire time. However…the fact that she thought enough to reach out to me and then deliver the paid for product is definitely top tier in terms of trying to satisfy the customer. Thank you again!

Went into the shop today for a bamboo plant and Roses. The two women in front were so very kind and helpful. I easily navigated through the shop and quickly found everything I needed.
