The GOAT. I needed my work computer fixed urgently, and he went out of his way to make it happen. Explained exactly what went wrong, picked up the replacement part, installed it and returned the PC with incredible speed. Even replaced the side panel screws I had lost.

This is my second review of My Computer Tech (the other on a different review site 2 years ago and also 5 stars) and the fifth time I've used their service. This time it was to replace a malfunctioning router. Sounds simple -- just unplug the cables from the old router and insert them into the new router. It's not that simple. I contacted My Computer Tech yesterday evening, made an appointment for today, bought a new router at Staples this AM, and had it installed by My Computer Tech by 2 PM. Service and expertise were top notch, and they are great to work with at a very fair price. Highly recommended without reservation!

For weeks and months and after trying "good" repair spots like geek squad I finally find this company. Super nice, professional and with in days they came to my apt on time and with in 10 15 mins they figure out my problem where other places took hours and didn't know the issue. Ofir the tech specialist that did the job not only blessed me but once finding the problem found me a reasonable price part I needed it came the next day and the day after he was back and completed the job. As long as I live in NYC this is the only place I will be going to and recommending to others to go to for repairs. Keep up the amazing work 🙏🙏🙏.
