My brother insisted I try Bob’s for my purchase of a couch! I went the first time to explore and of course I returned!Once I’d seen all of the items available, Morgana assisted me! She was open, pleasant and totally charming! When I first walked in this particular day, there was an employee that offered NO assistance. After walking around I noticed he was always within 40-50 ft from me. Always on a device looking down. I ask him a question referencing what I was looking for, he answered very quick and short. Unlike Brandon, whom I was looking for, who Always offered the utmost attention. After an hour a woman named LaKeshia(I think) walked near me. She asked me is I needed help. She was fantastic! There were other employees reclining in the chairs, in front of the manager who didn't even offer a courtesy "hello." I could not believe the unprofessional behavior I witnessed on 11/18 I believe..Tuesday for sure! I've spent plenty of money at Bobs and have recommended many friends and former co-workers. This msg will also be forwarded to Bob's corporate office. WHERE'S BRANDON? He's the best salesman!! The 5 stars are for LaKeshia!

Rhea was very helpful not too pushy I walked in she greeted me let me know where certain type of furniture was that I was looking for let me comfortly take my own time to look through came back to see how I was doing I told her what I was mostly interested in and she guided me through all the pricing and packages repeated to me everything a couple time just so I would make the right decision based on my spending limit and affordability walked me through different payment options as well and certain options I could pick from and ended up going with this beautiful black couch and loveseat package

Looking for a nice bed set but not the mirror. They had nice sets but some the deliveries were up to 8 weeks, some no King size available. The sales lady was so patient with me, going back and forth. Trying all the mattresses, found two I liked. I wanted to see the bed that called my name but got one that's nice and simple. Check the availability before you get excited. I recommend the store and sales reps.

Bob’s Discount Furniture at Midtown Crossing on W. Pico has the most friendly and compassion staff than Burbank! As you walk in they greet you with a caring approach. Michael our salesman was genuine and took his time to explain the different types of mattresses, dressers, and all the other details available without making us feel rushed! Alex who checked us out was kind and went over our order with us taken her time and compassionate! The gentleman’s who delivered our order were caring and very humble! I even went back to order additional furniture at the midtown location because of the outstanding staff! Honestly the experience I had at the Burbank location made me feel unwelcome and will not be visiting that location ever again. Thank you Bobs staff at Midtown Crossing!

Looking for a dresser and a tv stand, first time I went to Bob’s (after going to LS), I was impressed. Didn’t get anything yet but planning to come back here if I don’t find anything better at a better price elsewhere.As soon as me and my daughter stepped in there’s this gentleman who welcomed us and offered his help without being pushy, he gave us our space to look around and was very helpful with the info we needed.I was also impressed with the furniture they have, liked it better than the ones we saw at LS, found it cheaper and some items even of better quality.They even have this section where you can get water, coffee and even ice cream, I found this so nice. Really liked this place!
