My name is Omar Berry, my experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, and despite my appointment being scheduled for 11:30, my vehicle was serviced in less than ten minutes. While I waited, I was offered refreshments, and the establishment was exceptionally clean. Bobby, the receptionist, provided outstanding customer service. I requested photos of the damage to my vehicle’s undercarriage, and the team promptly fulfilled my request and emailed the images to me. There was no charge for this service. Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed throughout my visit.

I took my Toyota in for the 60,000-mile maintenance and brake service, and dropped it off before work. They kept me updated with photos and videos showing exactly what my vehicle needed. I was able to pay online and pick it up after hours, which was super convenient. When I got there, I noticed they had even washed my car, and as a final touch, they left an air freshener inside. It’s such a simple gesture, but it really shows how much they care. Honestly, Auto Repair 74 went way beyond my expectations.
