We love Kindermusik with Miss Mary! We’ve been bringing our two boys for almost 2 years and have been through at least 6 different sessions with all different themes. Things we love: -The music! Every session has a wide variety of music from all over the world. Each song has a specific purpose, teaching some different musical concept. Some songs are familiar and some new. Great mix. Little kid songs have a way of getting stuck in your head, which is why I love Kindermusik music- it’s actually pleasant and has a lot of cute songs that apply to every day life. It has become the soundtrack of our lives, we have a little song for everything - grocery shopping, taking a bath, cleaning up, putting toys away, going to the zoo, baking, going to the park, and more. A friend recommended Kindermusik to me so I took my grand daughter to Mary's class. Mavis was 15 months old and her parents and I wanted her to interact with other children her age. Mavis was shy in the beginning but Mary and her program really made it so enjoyable and warm for both of us. Mary gave us a cd of the songs she sings so when Mavis and I are out and about we play the songs and have so much fun with them. I highly recommend this program. All the children love it and Mavis has really come to life with the songs and exercises Mary has them doing. I cannot wait for the Fall session to begin.

My son (now 7-years old) absolutely LOVES Kindermusik with Music Mary; in fact I'm not sure what we'll do without it since he's now preparing for his final session on the recorder. Not only has Kindermusik provided him with a social outlet, via music, but it has also motivated and prepared him for formal piano lessons. Through dances, musical stories, hands-on time with instruments, music fundamentals (ex. reading notes, experiencing rhythm), and organizational skill practice, Music Mary takes it to the top with her teaching elegance and pure kindness. I have been doing Kindermusik with Mary and Jodi for 8 years between my two children. The kindermusik program was a fantastic way to encourage my children's love of all different kinds of music, instruments and role playing. I believe it has sparked my son's interest in musical theatre and acting, which he has been doing for 4 years now. At the beginning of each session the children receive books, instruments and a cd to continue all the fun at home. Mary is excellent at what she does! We started when my daughter was 9 months old and nearly a year later we both still love it! The music is great and I love that the CD tracks have a variety of fast and slow as well as new and familiar songs. Most of all, I love that the songs are from all around the world. My daughter loves dancing, playing with new instruments, and having fun with friends in class. I enjoy it just as much! Mary graciously offered a military discount to our family which has been greatly appreciated. Mary is very caring and has a gift for working with children. We have known Mary for six years now, when my eldest child first started Kindermusik at the age of 16 months. I signed up my children in her classes, semester after semester. They always enjoyed it, and were always too eager for the next class to come around again. My eldest graduated from the Young Child program this past May, and my youngest is just about to start it. My 3yo daughter Aubrey, who is now in school, had been going to Kindermusik with Music Mary since she was an infant. She loved every session singing and dancing and learning how to play different instruments. From about 15 months old she has been able to memorize and sing almost any song with the right pitches and rhythm and I know it's because of how Mary teaches and engages the children with pitch and melody and enthusiasm. Aubrey is lucky enough to have Mary as her music teacher at school once a week! She adores her and looks forward to Mary's arrival every week. We truly love Ms. Mary and Ms. Zina. The years of educational experience they both have definitely shows in the way they lead the Kindermusik lessons. They are so loving, patient, and caring. I love how they clearly explain the goals for each lesson to us parents. It helps me understand that what my toddler is doing is WAY MORE than just a mommy and me bonding time. They are learning rhythm, movement, phonemic awareness, transitions, and so much more in the 45 mins we’re together.
