I called and spoke to Keziah. She was able to explain everything and was very nice and professional. It must’ve been my lucky day because she sent the squad to my home right away for immediate treatment. Tyrone and Kyle arrived very fast. They asked which areas are our most concern. They sprayed those areas and all around our home. Very professional, fast & efficient. We live next to a detention pond. This is the first time we get professional mosquito treatment and we are hoping it helps. We are very pleased with their customer service and we will update on the results in a couple weeks.

Kyle did our service on 8/25 and 9/16. He always does an excellent job for us. We can walk outside in our yard, enjoy our back porch and patio which is fantastic. Before we started using there service the mosquitos would attack as soon as I stepped outside. The would attack my ankles and lower legs and arms. Very allergic to bites. Last year Kyle let us know about fleas near our back yard shed. Stray cats seem to hang around it. We had them spray about 4 or five times and the problem was handled. Kyle does a super job and communicates with us great. This is our second season with Mosquito Squad and they are wonderful. When Anna answers the phone she is so personable and helps immediately if an appointment needs to be made or changed or you have to add a service. I HAVE LITERALLY TRIED EVERY TREATMENT AVAILABLE!!! Thermacell 3 @ a time (2 already broken from using non-stop), LED light fixture zapper, top of the line spray for hose attachment, citronella plant & 2 candles, bug spray, multiple fans @ once, 2 Trojan mosquito traps, and I might be forgetting an item or 2. I say ALL OF THAT to say after the first treatment I saw a major improvement. Granite they told me it will take a few treatments to really see full benefits over got to believe after that 1st. I'm still battling the bugs BUT NOTHING like I was. PLEASE DON'T LET ME DOWN Mosquito Squad!!! I so want to enjoy new back porch I built in the spring.🙏 Side note JacksonE was our tech but I was not present to confirm/ compliment is work but im sure he was GREAT.

Luke did a great job on removing the bees and beehive. Did very little damage to the brick work on house by only removing 5 to 6 bricks. Luke also provided me with 2 contractors to reinstall the removed brick. I thought it was going to cost me a lot of money to get these bees out of the wall on the front of my house but Luke keep the cost very low. Great work, great clean up and very friendly.
