Eddie and Bradley installed a new electronic deadbolt for me today. They were awesome! They called ahead when they were on their way as promised, arrived on time, did a perfect job, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and considerate (they swept and cleaned up afterwards). They even fixed a small issue on another door that was not part of the scheduled work (at no extra charge). And the overall charge was cheaper than other quotes I had gotten. Thoroughly recommend!

We had a great experience! We had Ishmael out to place new locks and re-key several others. They responded quickly and we were able to get an appointment for the next day. The locks they installed were better quality than other locksmiths have sold us in the past, and all the work was completed in one session. We had them out again to install the lock in a gate lockbox (couldn't be done the first time because we had to hire a welder) - they installed it without problems and even freshened up the paint on the gate. Would definitely use them again.

Monaco lock is incredible! I had an emergency with a building in downtown where access was failing at the front door. I called Monaco, and even though they had a jammed schedule, they found time to fit me in within a couple of hours. Eddie came out and was so nice and knowledgeable. He was soon joined by Mike and Vinny of Monaco. Those three quickly identified the problem, retrofitted a new strike and the door is working great! I could not be happier. This is a super late review and I have since moved out of the area, but last month I was supposed to have a lock cut off of my storage unit. I was told by the facility that I was going to have to bring in an outside locksmith. Weird but ok…That’s when I called Monaco Locksmith and made an appointment. Come to find out (day of) needing an outside locksmith totally wasn’t true. After confirming with the storage facility that they could in fact remove the lock themselves , I profusely apologize to Eddie for wasting his time however, he was completely understanding and very sweet about the whole thing-he didn’t charge me and even refused a tip. Trust me these guys are amazing. I also had them make a key for me a few months back and the process is very smooth and the pricing was great. THANK YOUUU guys so much!!! 10/10 always recommend!

Huge thank you to Eddie and Monaco Lock! I got locked out of my apartment due to an issue with the door handle assembly. Despite it being the holidays with limited staff on hand, Eddie took the job and arrived within 30 minutes. He got me back into my apartment, replaced the assembly, and explained the underlying issues causing the problem. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
