The staff that came to give us a quote were outstanding, comprehensive, understanding and very sensitive to our needs. The cleaning was terrible. The cleaners missed the main room we requested to be cleaned, completely. The other areas cleaned were done poorly. They came the next day and did an ok job; still did not clean everything requested. I was very excited to work with the company. Now starting over to find a new company. When cancelling services the women did not want feed back. Very disappointed.My initial experience was not good. However, the office staff/management worked with me and sent different cleaning staff/housekeepers. I am absolutely impressed and happy to carry on service. The new house keepers went above and beyond my expectations. Paid attention to detail, were very friendly, attentive and thorough. We recently bought all new furniture. (It's a good sized home) Our housekeepers made it an easy transition. Cleaned everything they possibly could. I am very happy wit
