I've had several repairs done at the store. One replacement of a battery that only lasted 6 months on my MAC. The warranty period was 12 months. As an IT professional I can say unequivocally that these guys are incredible. Tl;dr - this is the place to go in Louisville for computer and mobile device repair. Friendly, reasonably priced, expert-level service. I was installing a replacement battery in an older MacBook Air - no small task, real pain in the buttocks, involves glue - and I thought I had done everything correctly yet there was no power. Obviously something was amiss under the hood. I swung the device by TechRestore and explained what I had done and they said No Prob, Bob, we'll take a look.
