Took a class here while I was on a work trip away from my home studio. It was absolutely wonderful. Joy is an amazing instructor. The studio is beautiful and such a fun vibe. I felt right at home. I have been attending classes at this studio for close to three years now. It is one of my happy places. The instructors are highly trained, they’re so good at breaking down complex moves. I always feel safe and comfy. I especially love classes with Joy and Jen. Estee’s Mobility class on Mondays is also exceptional. Would recommend!!

I’ve attended a few intro to pole classes and also a chair class, and always love them! Each instructor I’ve had thoroughly explains everything in a way that is easy to follow, but also what you should and shouldn’t be feeling. They also offer lots of modifications based on where you are at. I’ve never done a true dance class, and it has been great learning in such a comfy and safe space.
