I took Jace’s YogaSculpt class for the first time today.From the moment class started, the energy was electric. His playlist was SO GOOD, the kind that completely pulls you into the flow and makes you forget you’re working incredibly hard. The sequencing was thoughtful, challenging, and seamless. Everything flowed so well that the class flew by.I actually went up to him after class to rave about it, which I rarely ever do. I’m already going out of my way to take another one of his classes tomorrow at a different studio, and that says everything. If you get the chance to take a class with Jace, do it.

Great mix of postures and options for more/less. The music and lights are such an awesome touch.
