LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and the teachers are fantastic. Totally recommend for someone just starting out as I was. I felt totally included and welcome upon showing up for my first class. Everyone minds their business and comes in to get to work! Any difficulties you have during a class, the instructor will easily walk you through them. Classes are full of women with all body types, ages, some who just started Pilates and some who have been doing it for years. Lindsey C has been my private instructor for about 2 months and she is a wonderful human being. I have learned and grown so much and I’m looking forward to continuing my Pilates journey. Time goes by so fast when you’re having fun :)

Had a great first time at arial yoga. The instructors are super nice and understanding towards first timers. It's a great full body stretch and work out and a really unique experience.

I’ve been practicing Pilates at AeroJoe for two years now. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this studio. The space is beautiful and bright. The equipment is everything you could ever need for a great Pilates session. The instructors are what really shine though. I regularly attend 3 classes, but have tried others and they are all fantastic in their own way. Each instructor has their own vibe for class but every class is a good time. As someone who did not show up with a typical “Pilates body” I was welcomed and encouraged from day one (but not in a condescending way) from instructors to other students alike. I feel so fortunate to have found my workout home. I feel like everyone there truly cares about the students and makes an effort to cultivate an amazing experience.
