Sometimes the hardest part about getting work done is simply finding someone to return your call. So, we particularly appreciated Milton's prompt communication and willingness to initiate our project on a tight timeline. He's assisted me to build two residences and has completed several repair projects. He shows up on-time and stays late to complete the job. He will not settle for anything but an excellent job. He is one of the most competent and professional carpenters and general contractors I've ever met. He's neat and tidy when completing his work and his colleagues are also professional.
