Mike was knowledgeable and answered all my questions relating to his products, namely washers. I wanted an excellent machine, one not designed to break down in a yr or so. I went in with a negative bias towards speed queen washers but after thoroughly questioning Mike, he provided information to neutralize my bias and then further to help me recognize that the S Q was a better designed machine than all the other brands. SQ does not have planned obsolescence built into their product. Who wants to buy anything designed to fail shortly after purchase. So Mike suggested the service calls on SQ.were very minimal compared to other washer brands. However, Mike has an informed experienced repair person who has provided services to and for Mike for yrs. I won't have to go to OK City, or Little Rock, if I should need anything related to the SQ. So all in all, Mike is a knowledgeable , informed, experienced, representative of what he is selling. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. Additionally, they have reasonable delivery charges, which include bringing furniture into the house and setting it up.The other places wanted to charge for each thing they do ... starting at 300.00. We will be going back to Mike's Furniture next time we need another piece of furniture.

One of our refrigerators went out and we went to Mikes! The young man that helped us was wonderful! We purchased! Then I saw a recliner that just fit me but I didn’t have my pillow to match with other furniture! Told them I would be back. Came back to Sallisaw, got my pillow and drove back to Mikes! That nice young man saw me coming in!!!!! Bought the chair that he helped me match and they delivered with my refrigerator yesterday evening!!! He told me I would love the chair! He was right!!! Mike’s was so easy to work with! 2 days before Christmas my refrigerator went out. The big box stores in Ft. Smith acted like I was crazy when I asked what they had in stock. Mike’s had several refrigerators in stock to choose from and they even beat the big box store price on the model I ended up choosing! Delivery was great also. Made my purchase midafternoon and it was in my kitchen before 5:00! The delivery guys were friendly and very professional taking great care getting it in place! So here goes the thing I met the owner of the store and I liked him. I told myself the next time I need an appliance why not keep him in minds. So went in and got an appliance. I got an appliance that I went in there for you know, and was treated friendly.But whether it's on purpose, manually, automated, or otherwise some system they use spams you to fill out a review. Now, in fairness...whether the platform they use Google or otherwise it's not their fault. I say this because this can make you not want to give them a good review when you go in there you will want to I promise., I write this review and hopes that it helps them. Snowmagedan 2026 and our fridge decided that it was cold enough outside we didn’t need a fridge inside. Mikes furnitures amazing staff took great care of us, found something in our budget and that was our “style” preference. Their team delivered it in the time frame they gave us on our first available day to meet them to get it in. And we are back up and running!
