I'd give 10 stars if I could. This was the first laundromat in the US that we visited. We had a frictionless experience thanks to the guy (bless him, I never did get his name) in there that helped us understand everything, from how to purchase detergent pods, to the coin machines, to the washers and dryers. This place is great. The employee was very nice, helpful and very friendly. The washers and dryers are all clean and no lines to have to wait in. There is everything that you could possibly need to get your laundry over and done with. Also you can even dropffr it off to be washed and dried and come back to get it when you get ready to pick it up. I will definitely come back here for all of my laundry needs. The washers and dryers are very fast and clean and get the job done on the first go around instead of having to go back again to get your things cleaned all of the way. The washers vary In Prices but hold an enormous amount of clothes and truly clean your clothes. Don't make the mistake I've made more than a few times by going to the cheapest washers and dryers when it will cost more money than here at the Midtown Wash. I've made that mistake a few other times by not coming here and actually had to pay more money by the end of it And wasted even more time. All because the w

Nice and clean, really friendly attendant. They sell detergent etc. if you forgot yours at your hotel like I did. There's also a change machine if you wanted to use cash - the machines takes quarters only

Absolutely the Best in the downtown area... I haven't had to use a laundromat in Years, and this was a good experience! Very clean establishment, super clean RR as well! Super large washers and dryers, and reasonably priced! Vance was super helpful and very friendly!!! Will visit again! Thanks for your help!

Stephanie was great. She was very friendly and helpful. She washed and folded the items that I brought in. The cost was only $1.85 per pound for the next day or $2.15 for the same day. I didn't have time to do it myself but the next day was fine. I went back and washed my dog rugs and dog's blankets. They have a large washer that holds 80lbs for $10.25, a medium washer that holds 50 lbs for $6.75 and another medium that holds 30lbs. for $5.00 and a small one that holds 15 lbs. for $4.00. They have a large dryer that holds 45 lbs. for $2.25, a medium holds 35 lbs for$1.50 and a small one that holds 15 lbs. just add $.25 for dry time. The place is clean and all washers and dryers are in good shape. I'll definitely be using them from now on.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at the facility. It was immaculate. The staff was super supportive. Consider in my haste to get to the wash I forgot my charging cable and they were willing mf n go allow me a cord to be able to navigate back to my hotel. It located in a very lovely and friendly neighborhood. Truly southern hospitality at its finest. Honestly, when my clothes came out of the wash I was concerned that they would take forever to dry. Half way through I tested them and they were dry and crisp. Five stars for so many reasons.

Simple/good laundromat. I especially like that it has one set price for the dryer and it’s actually good/heating my comforter. I hate those place you have to feed the meter and they barely dry clothes.
