Brought in my car to get a tire patched, that was free can't complain there, and the courtesy receipt is extremely helpful seeing as how this is my project car. I've always liked Midas in Manhattan I didn't know Topeka had one until moving here recently. The workers are chill and tell you everything straight up and don't try to sell you anything.

Kregg Howell gave us an absolutely wonderful experience.. upon walking in we were greeted with kindness, a friendly smile a place to sit, a cup of Coffee and a clear dialog we could understand.. with our shot nerves and high levels of stress we were quickly put to ease . also, being introduced to our Mechanic John helped relieve an abundance of anxiety... the work was Impeccable, The customer service was warm and inviting... and the comprehension of my non mechanic description gibberish was just amazing .. Stopped on a Saturday at 5pm frantic. Was almost finished with a 700 mile car trip to see my son for Christmas. I had stopped in an empty lot to take my dog out and stretch his legs before we completed the last 100 miles. When we were back in, a low tire pressure light came on. I had just purchased this used vehicle. It was six years old but only had ten thousand miles on it. I wasn't expecting to have any car troubles. This was an especially difficult trip for me. The last car trip I took was two months before to Montana. I took care of my mother in hospice. I had experienced car problems with a different car on that trip. I’m on a road trip with my daughter, and we noticed a slow leak in one of the tires. I called the local Midas in Topeka (5914 SW 21st) at 5:55 and even though they were closing at 6:00, Kregg said to come on in. There was indeed a small nail causing the leak.
