Yusleidy is absolutely amazing! We have a 15-year-old Maltese who still has plenty of youthful energy, and she handles him with so much care, patience, and love. It’s clear she truly enjoys what she does and treats every dog like her own. She’s also a great communicator. Even if you’re not bilingual, she goes the extra mile and uses Google Translate to make sure everything is clearly understood, which we really appreciate. We actually chose to wait for her return from vacation rather than book with someone else—that’s how much we trust her! She’s consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely grateful for her clients (and always so appreciative of tips).
