I was scheduled for a one-time "top to bottom" cleaning. Nathan arrived on time and worked very hard and did a wonderful job of cleaning my house. And I like the fact he used all his (the company's) equipment and supplies rather than me having to be sure everything he needed was on hand. He was friendly and professional. I'm getting too old to do the heavy duty cleaning like Nathan did for me. I think I'll ask him to do it again in six months!

I live in an apartment that furnishes a refrigerator and other appliances. I went more than a month without a working refrigerator. The refrigerator had the food removed. However, I brought the issue to the apartment complex. I needed to clean the refrigerator better than I could. I hired Merry Maids to do that. Update: there has been a good improvement in our service. They now send us the same ladies and Freda and her daughter are great. I appreciate the improvement.Initially, we had a great experience with Merry Maids! After multiple incidents with our previous service (not Merry Maids) it was refreshing. Daysa was awesome. Our dogs loved the ladies too! It was our first cleaning with Merry Maids and I hope we have the same great experience ongoing! Thanks Merry Maids!Since the first cleaning, we have had 2-3 times where only one person has come. I asked to have the baseboards in one bath and one bedroom gone over better, but that has not yet occurred. I have not, yet, called the office regarding these issues, but I will shortly. The first time Merry Maids came I gave them 5 stars, now, it seems to be going downhill.Oh and it appears my first review was not posted so I am including it.
