If you are looking for a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, Media Moussavy is your guy. I have been looking for a house for a few years now and Media helped me through the entire process. There were a lot of disappointments of lost offers, but Media always reminded me that my house was out there. And he was right! Once Media helped my mom and I find our dream home, he was always there to answer any questions related to the loan process and the purchase of a new build. From the first time I reached out to Media he answered all my questions in an informative way and was very responsive. I was able to reach him via text message, email and even Instagram’s Direct Message. Prior to starting the process I had disclosed that I travel often and he might have to deal with time difference along with messy signals while abroad – his response was not to worry that he would find a way to get in contact with me and he ensured the process was seamlessly all throughout. Media is knowledgeable on what is going on the market and that was imperative in order to meet my specific needs. I have bought and sold other homes before and this is by far my best realtor to client experience. He is a true professional. In my previous deals with other realtors the communication was lacking openness and transparency. He is honest and forthright without the mess of putting any pressure to make a decision.
