Joey and Stephen worked endlessly the last 3 years after our family lost our mom due to the neglect and malpractice she received following a simple procedure at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. Due to that neglect, our mom lost her life at 47 years old July 5th, 2022. Joey and Stephen treated us as family and helped advocate for what our mom deserved and did not get. They worked long days and nights and fought for our family in a long and emotional 10 day trial and were able to bring light and justice to the tragedy that happened to our family. The entire Stipins’ family would recommend Joey and Stephen a million times over again and cannot thank them and their office enough!
