I immediately called, and Damian Torres scheduled an inspector to come out the very next day. John Torres arrived quickly, identified the issue, and provided helpful information about what was going on. Right away, Damian arranged for an exterminator to come out the following day. Christopher showed up and got straight to work. With 21 years in the business, he shared a lot of great information, cleaned the area thoroughly, and was extremely friendly, which made the whole process much easier for my family. Bobby was amazing! He was professional and knowledgeable, but also very friendly and approachable. His inspection was thorough and the treatments were tailored to the specific problems we were having. He was also mindful of our pets. Even though the treatments would not be especially harmful, he made sure to place the ant bait in areas that are not easily accessible to the cats. I can't say enough good things about Bobby and the company he represents.
