I was traveling with my elderly mom, and our driver, Ben, was so patient and kind. He helped her in and out of the car and made sure we were comfortable the whole way. I really appreciated that personal touch.

The drivers (Al and Aziz) arrived for our pick up on time, which is always comforting. Starts the trip out on a great note (stress gone :-). Vehicles were very clean and comfortable. We received help with our luggage, which we had quite a bit! Both Aziz and Al were very professional. Chatted with us during the drive. Did their best to accommodate us by offering water, music of our choice. Upon our return, the airline 'lost' a bag, so we had to go to the service department to file a claim. We had received a text from our driver immediately as we landed letting us know they were there. I explained to him what had happened and there was no issue with it. He assured us that we could do what we needed to do without any pressure. Once we let him know we were ready to go, he was there to pick us up in no time. Will definitely choose Mayflower again for future trips! Highly recommend them to all! Thank you for making a very key part to traveling worry free.
