Working in the yard, got very sore with heat exhaustion. Needed a massage, called everyone close, but nothing available. Discovered this place, sounded interesting. It was easy to schedule and was immediately available! Drove to location, received a code to enter office. I loved it! No human interaction, no awkward moments, it was a private room with 2 specialized chairs. I didn't know what to expect but the machine massaged my muscles, AND the chair squeezed my muscles in a perfect and relaxing way. The foot massage was unexpected and totally awesome! This place is lovely for a hands off massage experience! Some reviews mentioned this isn’t like a human massage, and it’s not, because I was able to get my feet, arms, and neck massaged at the same time, without dealing with any humans. I put on my sleep mask (provided by Zero Gravity) and set my chair up to my likings, and had the most relaxing hour. I didn’t want to leave. Even my husband, who’s a big guy and always complains about people not massaging him hard enough, said that the massage gave him the intensity he wanted (I also heard him snoring mid massage so I know he was relaxed 😂). Who knew you could get a real massage without a human. My husband and I visited the Louisville Location. It’s a private locked (with a code) room. You call when you arrive for instructions, get your full 1 hour massage and then clean everything you touched with the sanitizing wipes provided. You can clean before as well if you like.
