Actually, you know what, thank you so much for your disingenuous and policy copy and pasted reply. After having your team cancel on me I then worked with a friend to clean the place in 4 hours, I know big shocker what hard work can do. So I saved myself close to $1000 on what would likely have been a subpar service. At my closing my Landlord was even surprised at how clean it was and complimented me. I am changing this to a 5 star review, what a great service!!!

Last week, my husband and I booked The Maids in Kansas City for a deep clean. This was our first time using a cleaning service, and we're glad we went with The Maids in Kansas City. Their communication was solid throughout the process. The day before, they provided an estimated arrival time via text and responded promptly when I had a question. The day of, they sent a link with tracking to give us a precise arrival time. Perla and the red team did a fantastic job. We asked that they remain within a certain time limit (2.5 hours), and they honored our request. They were incredibly thorough in their cleaning. Our master shower had years of grimy buildup, and they made it sparkle like new. We were impressed with The Maids in Kansas City and plan to use them again the next time we need our house cleaned!

Team name - Yellow. Deep cleaning today. I have been away from my home for 2 years caring for my grandmother. I returned to my home 3 days ago. When I came home I looked around my house and I saw dust, dirt, grime, pet hair in every corner. I simply was unable to manage 2 households. When I left 2 years ago, I left in a rush, so I have some clutter in 2-3 spots but the dust, dirt, grime, pet hair, GONE. I am more than please by the work. The team was friendly and very professional. No time was wasted from the point they entered my home. They were respectful of belongings. It is so nice to have a clean home. Thank you. Christine
