For me only one word describes Auto Club of Miami “HONESTLY.” I live in the state of Kansas and they are in Florida but they had the Van that I was looking for over 6 months low miles no rust and a GREAT price. I called on a Friday morning and spoke to Alvaro he give me different options, I ended up putting a deposit for them to hold the Van. I used their financial service and was approved in less than a hour. I got in a plane on Monday afternoon Tuesday morning test drive the Van. Juan did the paperwork “very GREAT people” from the owner to the mechanics. Alvaro took me back to the airport. Alvaro help me find a transportation company and they deliver the Van Friday evening in Kansas. Just great customer service I’ll will definitely buy another car from Auto Club of Miami. Went into Auto Club Of Miami cause we found a Toyota Rav4 Listed on Facebook Marketplace. When we got there we were greeted on the spot and Alvaro took care of the rest. Rule Number 1 always bring a mechanic to inspect the car! (I`m a Diesel/Automotive Tech) When I looked over the car it was very clean and well maintained. Nothing that could catch my eye to even bring the price down. I even got down and checked for oil leaks, all suspensions components (shocks, struts, control arms, tie rods, inspected the frame, the sway bars) everything looked good! Couldn`t even find rust on the bottom of the car! Interior was immaculate well taken care off. We went for a test drive and the engine was healthy, upon start up had no internal noise that could be heard at all. Even the transmission shifted like butter, properly shifting gears up and down with no long shifts, and no bucking. My mother in law was very happy with the car so we started the paper work process.
